Oiling is suitable for flooring in busy commercial areas as well as being ideal for domestic situations. Fast curing, water and wear resistant, the deep penetrating action of oils protects from within the wood and are therefore superior to thin surface coatings. Refurbishment is easily completed without sanding by simple application of refurbishing oils in conjunction with light buffing.
